Position : Account Manager-client service delivery manager
Domain : Recruitment
Location : Kolkata
Salary: 30000-40000
Education: Graduates in any stream /PG
Relevant Experience 4 to 5years
Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve sales target: Responsible for sales business for the assigned clients. Proper forecasting, building up project pipelines, & achievement of recruitment targets
Business Development: Identify new opportunities for conversion; convert the identified opportunities into revenue generating business.
Key Account management: Involved in customer initiatives & technical engagement (for selected accounts). Extracting business, delivery and entire process setting up. Generating & driving specification across the assigned clients
Market Intelligence: Gather information from market on competitions activity & market mapping to gather competitions price information, analysis & steps for market share upgrade.
Requirements
- Profile of a desirable candidate
- Should be from the recruitment industry.
- Should have strong marketing skills.
- Know networking online and offline.
- Build a strong relationship.
- Good in MS Excel
