About the role:
The candidate would be responsible to drive supply side integrations, own the GTM of our new advertising solutions and take care of overall charter for inorganic growth of Paytm Ads.
Expectations/Requirements:
1) Plan adtech partnerships across brand / performance oriented supply publishers & adtech solution providers.
2) Initiate conversations with relevant stakeholders, drive negotiations, finalise legal / commercial agreements.
3) Bring out the narrative from the partnership and own the end-to-end GTM to drive revenue. 
4) Ideate and work on new initiatives, ad solutions, formats and business models that can scale advertising revenue 
5) Work with Marketing, Sales and Client Success team to drive adoption of the above mentioned solutions 
6) Recruit & manage a highly motivated team who will be responsible across all new endeavors  
7) Quality of partnerships & it's revenue impact
8) Innovations / New Initiatives and it's scalability leading to incremental revenue 
9) Ease of GTM strategy and client / agency adoption of Paytm Ad solutions 
 Superpowers/Skills Required:
1) 8-12 years of experience in Adtech; with atleast the last ~5 years focused towards partnerships 
2) Good understanding of the overall Adtech ecosystem and ability to pick up product nuances & it's capabilities
3) Preference toward individuals who have managed Publishers, Adtech solution providers (DSP, DMP, Attribution & Analytics platforms etc.) 
4) Candidate should be able to navigate through ambiguity as the partnerships & new initiatives role will be fluid and bring out several opportunities
5) Good Communication & Negotiation skills; Having strong relations with stakeholders will be a plus
Education:
Graduation is compulsory.
