Job Purpose
|
The position is responsible for accounting and reporting with accuracy, support for statutory audit, tax audit etc. ICFR Compliances for all company codes of Enterprise business.
|

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
|
- Financial Reporting & Analysis (ISP Books)
- Ensure timely month end closure of books
- Monthly Trial Review including BS & P&L variance analysis
- Coordination with other functions for taking inputs for expense provisions
- Ensure accurate and timely information and reporting to Corporate
- Monthly analysis of SAC to Channel Partners, their settlements and releasing Weekly dashboards
- Releasing Monthly Financial Dashboard for review of FC/CFH
- Audit Support & Compliances (ISP Books)
- Pro-active audit plan preparation with team and to ensure delivery on time
- Quality and timelines in completion as per Audit plan
- Ensure satisfactory Internal Audit, management audit, ICFR control reports
- Completion of Cost Audits and ASR
- ICFR Compliance (All company codes of Enterprise business)
- Collection of control evidences from respective team members
- Ensure timely submission of CSA in SAP GRC Portal
- Resolution of queries raised during management testing, internal audits and external audits.
- Projects/Cost Optimization
- Driving Initiatives / Projects – Cost Optimization, Accrual Governance etc.
- Timely settlement with Vodafone Group
- Develop and Implementation process for Balance sheet Governance
- Implementation of process improvements by continuous monitoring and review of existing and new processes
- Sharing and implementation of best practices

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
|
- Strong knowledge of Accounting standards applicable to telecom business and its use in accounting and reporting.
- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax laws
- Strong knowledge of SAP, MS-Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills
