Job Purpose

IFRS / IND-AS reporting, Balance sheet Governance, Scrutiny of critical P2P, FA and RTR transactions

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
  • Scrutiny of balances, cash flows, HFM movements related to IFRS submission in HFM to Vodafone Group
  • Coordination with SSC, cluster and corporate for timely completion of Balance Sheet Governance
  • Prepare results of Balance sheet Reconciliation in a structured format
  • Prepare accounting memos related to Lease transactions, coordinate with stakeholders in SSC, cluster and corporate to ensure proper transaction assessment, documentation and ICFR control
  • Execution of vendor write-off / back in coordination with SSC, prepare approval notes
  • Update Accounting Policy Manual as well as coordinate with SSC to ensure updation of Process Manual and circulation of updates to all stakeholders
  • Preparation of half yearly / Yearly certification deck which needs to be shared with Vodafone Group
  • Preparation of IND AS 116 disclosure in accordance of IND AS standards and Schedule III (Amended) as issued by Ministry of Corporate affairs
  • Documentation of assigned ICFR controls
