Job Purpose

  • As HR Operations, you are responsible to keep the business informed about the
  • People and organization agenda to provide the best value-added HR Solutions. You
  • will report to Circle HRBP and interact with the management team, HR Shared
  • Service, Circle Leadership team. You are the key point person who will provide daily
  • supports for HR activities understanding business demands and form a positive
  • working relationship with business teams

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Knowledge of HR Operations which includes payroll operations, HR query handling,

  • HR documentation, statutory and labor compliances.
  • Fulfilling manpower requirements through effective Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate with HR shared service to process travel, pre-hire information, ensure
  • background verification, rollout approved offer, and for pre-employment medical
  • Check-up for candidate.
  • Sourcing candidates through external / Internal / any other channels and sharing
  • feedback
  • Coordinate with various functional stakeholders to ensure favorable new joinee
  • experience
  • Ensures compliance to HR policies and highlights any cases of deviance 
  • Coordinate with Line Managers and ensure consistency in implementation of the PD
  • cycle as per timelines set for mid-probation, confirmation
  • Ensure internal customer delight with effective delivery of people practices across
  • levels of organization & manage employee life cycle
  • Coordinate with HR Shared Service to ensure maintenance of MIS and regular
  • reports sourced from SAP or inputs to be provided from circle
  • Enhancing implementation of corporate initiatives through add on ideas within the
  • accepted framework
  • Support HRBP Operations in driving national & circle level initiatives

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Post-Graduation – Human Resources as specialization form Tier-1 college

  • 4-5 years of work experience
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and processes & compliance
  • Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Should be able to grow in HRBP role in 2 years’ time
