Job Purpose

Part of the Corporate Network Performance Management team accountable for Quality and Performance of Mobility Network, playing an important role in monitoring, reporting, analysis and improvement of network performance and Customer Experience Management

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support to circle quality team in all aspects of RAN (2G, 3G & 4G) network
  • Ensure to meet/maintain performance KPI as per benchmarking provided by central guidelines/targets
  • Perform in-depth analysis of performance KPIs (geographical breakdown). Propose technology actions to improve performance
  • Parametric and new product  trials, analysis and recommendations
  • Performance monitoring and optimization of inter-domain (RAN, TXN, PS Core..) parameters, configurations and KPIs for the best customer experience
  • Ensure implementation of processes for seamless working among central teams and circle
  • Ownership and creation of supporting documentation in relation to processes, best practices, etc
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of different daily, weekly and monthly reports like Voice/Data performance, NW performance & quality slides, TCH blocking & RNA trend for monthly reporting, P1-P2 outages reports, Weekly CLT report for CEO

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Good Knowledge of technologies 2G, 3G & 4G with end to end call flows
  • Good Knowledge of parameters & counters of different RAN vendors
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with risk assessment ability
  • Knowledge of tools like MyCOM, Netact, U2000 to fetch performance report and configuration

Must have technical / professional qualifications
