Job Purpose

  • The Purpose of this role is to Do Talent Acquisition and Supervise TA Activity for few functions -Sales/Support, also manage high End/ Niche Demands individually.
  • Support RPO Lead on transformation projects, strategic reviews and interactions with Stakeholders as a backup.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  1. Responsible for planning and monitoring the fulfillment demands in Sales/Support functions with RPO lead, Circle HRBP and team.
  2. Meets staffing objectives within desired SLA.
  3. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  4. Plan and drive employee referral programs with RPO Lead.
  5. Use sourcing methods and drive fulfillment for hard-to-fill roles -Niche /M3.
  6. Review compliance on background check reports. Maintains end to end database & extracts the required reports as per the requirements Data Analytics to ensure faster TAT and Quality
  7. Create trends/insights and drive Talent pipelining projects with RPO Lead.
  8. Support the RPO lead on transformation project to drive –process efficiencies, Tech automation, new age hiring trends.

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience as TA Lead or similar HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • To be aligned and participate in Organization initiatives eg diversity
  • Adds value to the business area through awareness and understanding of skills, trends and market knowledge of the business.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • MBA HR
  • HR Analytics
  • Have handled both scale and niche and have worked in tight timelines.
  • Strong Analytical skills (Excel , visualization tools preferred
