Job Purpose

To manage and drive mobility acquisition for Enterprise Channel Segment in order to attain smooth customer experience and operation excellence in allocated cluster.

Drive mobility acquisition through NCP, CP and Retail Team to show growth  in terms of subscriber base, customer experience,  market share  whilst complying with agreed budget, timescales and agreed policy guidelines as also with all regulatory norms.

Coordination with different internal teams and Segment vertical to bridge any gap in overall operations.

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  1. Market development across regions of MAH.
  2. Mobility Gross Net
  3. Growth in IOT , CTS , FLX business
  4. Increase in CMS & RMS in new & existing accounts
  5. Developing robust partner ecosystem
  6. Responsible for SIP for Account management
  7. Responsible for Profitability of partners
  8. Digital enablement of team & partners

 

 

 

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Strong enterprise channel management & distribution experience

Account management in B2B and B2C

Analytical & Presentation skills with strong technical knowledge

Strong communication skills with digital mind-set

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

8-10 years plus of channel management

3-5 Years of team handling experience.
