Job Purpose

Responsible for Life cycle management of Prepaid customers.

Ensure proper onboarding through efficient activation process, resolve customer complaints and ensure timely and relevant communication and execute retention processes

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Responsible for proper and compliant Documentation, archival, retrieval and reporting. Role is required to manage WH operations, safety and compliance

  • Timely access and retrieval of documents for requirements from multiple Law enforcing agencies. 
  • Comply with WH safety and security norms for safe keeping of documents. Liaison with local bodies through circle admin team 
  • Ensuring there is a comprehensive time bound plan chalked out for document shredding and consolidation. Warehouse synergy targets are achieved basis timeline outlined.

Key Accountabilities : ·

  • Ensure document compliance ·
  • Ensure TAT for document submission ·
  • Ensure zero penalty payment / zero non-compliance on document submission ·
  • Achieve Warehouse savings target through consolidation of WH ·
  • WH consolidation through document segregation & shredding of documents as per project plan
  •  Ensure Quality & Compliance targets are achieved by the partners through audits and governance.

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

 

  • Knowledge on documentation guidelines is mandatory. 
  • Experience of document and warehousing roles

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA with  a min 10+ years of experience in various customer service roles
