Work you’ll do

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, following activities within the firm need to be performed:

Technical resource:

Design and develop integration, reports, customisaton and subsequently test and deploy + Writing Technical Design Document, overall architecture document, detailed Integration specification, etc.

Functional resource:

You will be expected to attend and drive design workshop, understand the client's business process, arrive at the solution, document the Business Requirement Document, Configure, unit test, functional end to end testing, drafting training manuals, provide training, test Integration, report outputs, customization scenarios, Deployment in Production etc.  

Qualifications / Skill

• Experience into Peoplesoft, Oracle Cloud HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, who wish to gain exposure into Workday technologies.
• HR professionals with functional expertise, primarily into Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Performance, etc. who are inclined towards Workday.
• 2-3 years of experience into Java, Python, .NET, or any other programming languages and wish to learn Workday technologies.
• Bachelors/Masters academic qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, or related domain.
• Location : PAN India
