Analyst

The primary role of a Consultant or Sr. Consultant is to be responsible for managing specific sub-work streams (or sub-modules) within a broader project. Sr. Consultants and Consultants on engagements report to the team lead/ manager and are responsible for end-to-end delivery of the sub-work stream allocated to them.

The key responsibilities of Consultant or Sr. Consultant as part of Backend Operate team should include:

• Responsible for development on client specific low code platform
• Adhere to the best practices for developing better maintainable, modular, reusable, repeatable, and testable code
• Deliver quality excellence and ensure the application works well  
• Collaboration with Business teams, designers and other teams to identify risks and resolve dependencies
• Follow the Agile process, participate in ceremonies and follow the incremental delivery model
• Mentor/guide team in the absence of the lead
   

Technical Experience:

• Basic programming knowledge in Java (Minimum 1 year of Java coding experience)
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
