Principal Responsibilities
Governance
· Perform daily operations in accordance to Governance framework.
· Execute the process towards the achievement of SLA.
· Perform daily operations in adherence to business controls (SOD), and in compliance with SOX.
· Participate in internal and external audit activities.
Business Partner Relationship Management
· Maintain professional, efficient, and effective communication with internal and external customers.
· Provide information on identified issues to support the Issue Resolution process.
· Identify and Escalate issues based on the Escalation Matrix.
· Provide input on MSA scope and SLA.
· Provide information on process and services that can be delivered from the Solutions Delivery Center.
· Responsible for process performance towards the achievement of agreed Service Levels.
· Support the audit and documentation whenever it is required
·
Organizational Business Development
· Share potential business development opportunities.
· Provide information required to the completion of Internal and External Benchmark activity.
· Keep abreast of market trends and technology developments.
Delivery Team Management
· Execute the process in a timely and accurate manner.
· Perform timely and accurate execution of service deliverables.
· Perform daily operations in the defined area with high quality and efficiency (including Period Close Activities).
· Report process issues identified.
· Maintain process documentation completeness and timeliness (accountant).
· Acquire and apply team competencies in day today process performance.
· Be familiar with and apply the back-up framework, trained Business Continuity scenarios and corresponding defined actions.
· Support a culture of best practice, knowledge, and competency sharing between delivery teams.
Projects, Process and System Improvements
· Support the development and evaluation of the Process Improvement Framework.
· Support Process Improvement Implementation, Analytics, Solution Design, Realization and Optimization initiatives.
· Support Business-Partner initiated System Implementations.
· Support Solutions Delivery Center initiated System Implementations
Within the Shared Services team
· Ensures fully aligned cluster / region OTC processes to ensure highly effective OTC delivery between the country and shared services team.
· Is able to deliver against SLAs and KPI/KII for OTC Cash App. and associated activities.
· Ensures coordinated country /shared services feedback to customers is given as the issue resolution progresses and until issue is totally resolved.
· Helps to develops root cause solutions to customer enquiries to prevent initial calls and to ensure fast, effective resolution of known issues
· Shares in regular cross- functional meetings to discuss business updates, improvements and issues
