Job Title: AR calling Voice

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work From Office

Shift: Rotational Shift

Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience: Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in AR Calling process

Requirements

Candidate should have 2 years of experience in AR calling with proficient in Communication skills. Specific Skills: Eligibility Benefit Verifications in Voice

Candidates should be proficient at Communication skills as the function is Voice process and they should hold experience at Eligibility & Benefits Verification, Obtaining Pre-Authorization or should have worked for Account Receivable who worked on Eligibility related denials.

Candidate should have,

1.Good Communication skills

2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones

3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.

4.Flexible to work in shifts.

5.Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills

6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

7.Good technical knowledge
