About the team: 
Merchant integration team assists Paytm merchant with the integration of payment products. This team helps them to understand the payment flows and assist merchants with it’s
implementation.
About the role: 
You would be working as a SPOC in conjunction with the internal Online Merchant’s Tech/Success Rate
teams for Online & Enterprise Merchants in troubleshooting daily issues & providing resolution within defined SLA’s. Acknowledge and respond to Merchant tickets raised & providing end to end resolution within the defined SLA’s. Track open issues and update Merchants/ Internal Stakeholders as needed.
Expectations/ Requirements:
● Troubleshoot production issues to find the root cause and find solutions that may be related to
product configurations, server issues, or coding defects
● Acknowledge and respond to tickets submitted via following the defined SLA’s
● Act as a liaison between the client, and engineering teams to find quick and meaningful resolutions to
technical issues.
● Perform regular monitoring of production systems (Payments and Payouts)
● Track open issues and update clients as needed.
● Payments Gateway and Integrations knowledge is a plus (API and SDKs)
● Able to Analyze Transaction Failures, Payment Flows, API Issues & Staging Issues.
● Managed a team for driving efficiency & team development.
● Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with multiple internal
teams / Key account managers/ Customers.
● The individual will be maintaining the regular reports to be published, analysis of the data at hands,
and presenting the data as per requests.
● Coordinate with other departments for compatibility of all aspects of each project
● Develop comprehensive project plans along with key stakeholders
● Program manage initiatives that are driven centrally for Technology improvements
● Track Program/Project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and
long-term goals
● Engage with various Business & Technology Teams within Paytm to identify common bottlenecks esp.
on Technology front.
Educational qualification: 
BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Tech or equivalent (With 4 + years of relevant experience in Applications & Production Support)
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
● High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation.
● Good knowledge of SQL & Linux environment.
● Basic knowledge of Java.
