Job Description
- Strong understanding of Service Integration and Management Techniques
- Solid functional knowledge and expertise on ITIL and IT Service Management platforms
- Ability to drive Process workshops on ITIL v3/4 Process Solutions, with key stakeholders
- Ability to perform Process Assessment Maturity Model, for any ITSM processes.
- Hands on technical experience with ServiceNow Products such as ITSM, ITBM etc.
- Must have experience working with at least one or more products of ServiceNow apart from ITSM such as ITBM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, CSM etc.
- Hands on technical experience with ServiceNow methodologies such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Workflow, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
- Ability to lead and guide a team of junior developers on ServiceNow Best practices and solve complex technical problems.
- Experience leading large strategic ServiceNow engagements in capacity as a Project/Program Manager or Scrum master
- Fluent with agile practices and approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Safe.
- Prior experience working on RFPs and ability to identify and propose best solutions against the client's strategic business objectives and problems statements.
- 8-10 Years of Experience with implementing SaaS and PaaS solutions, with specific Cloud implementation knowledge in architecting solutions for ServiceNow implementations
- Proactively maintain expert knowledge and understanding of the latest ServiceNow platform and product offerings
- Assist pre-sales team with scoping service engagements typically involving multiple ServiceNow products and complex integrations with client applications/systems
- Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITSM solutions in client environments
- Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
- Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with clients, translating technical strategies to business outcomes and business outcomes to technical strategies.
Education, Certifications And/or Experience Qualifications
8+ years working on the ServiceNow platform or 10+ years of Industry experience Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) – Preferred At least one CIS certification (in addition to CIS-ITSM) – Current or within 6 months of hire ServiceNow pre-sales accreditations in multiple product lines (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM/CMDB, CSM) ITIL Foundations Certification PMP, CSM and Safe Certifications are good to have.
