Our Outstanding Opportunity:

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for CU Performance Management in terms of operational as well as financial and Services Resource Management function within a CU. This position also secure the regional and global responsibility to develop, maintain, implement, and follow up optimal services resource plans. The Services Resource Management function also contributes to capability management in order to secure delivery readiness and delivery execution success. .

Purpose of Job Role:

  • Drive and track on CU Financial plan/forecast, Key performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive CU financial performance improvement – NS, UM, CoS, WCAP, WIP, RUC, UB etc
  • Drive Circle OSGs meetings for CU and support in CU MBRs
  • Drive Full Potential cost savings and Right investments
  • Drive cost efficiencies and scale as one unit (CU Ops)
  • Monitor Productivity and Quality of delivery and aim for improvements
  • Allocate OPEX budgets to circles
  • Drive Key Programs – Balance sheet, Acceptance, Critical T/C improvement
  • Drive implementation of changes in Competence Management structure and Resource Profile Content Structure
  • Drive implementation of changes and secure compliance of Global Resource Management processes and tools
  • Secure implementation of resource allocation structures
  • Measure, improve and report process performance, based on approved key performance indicators (KPIs) at CU level
  • Assign KPIs at circle level and track performance
  • Monitor and handle incoming requests. Handle and follow-up resource requests.
  • Verify the quality of requests and fulfil them according to target measurements
  • Define measurements and set targets for process performance and compliance
  • Complete Tactical & Strategic resources planning
  • Implement actions to ensure financial targets and KPIs are met by having the correct resource plan.
  • Use master data as base for proactive analytics

You should have:

  1. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and be able to interact with people at all levels.
  2. Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross group/functional teams with a high degree of independence and success.
  3. Sound understanding of Ericsson’s vision, business objectives, products and services.
  4. Understand the processes within project implementation, Strong financial knowledge in particular project budgeting, Project Management Competences
  5. Customer focused- E2E focus, sees the big picture, can get things done no matter what, with agility and speed
