CAM Programming

1) Generating Process sheets for Press Dies ensuring machining of dies in minimum setting with zero waiting time.

2) Generating NC data for A class panels of Press dies and Die Casting Dies and monitoring it for continuous improvement.

3) In depth knowledge of Programming and knowledge of basic modeling.

4) Achieving productivity improvements & eliminating non-value added operations through innovative solutions implementation.

5) Use of ATC and Scanned data of dies for Automachining

6) Co-ordination with Design , Machining , Fitting and Trial team in manufacturing dies with zero rework.

7) Knowledge of toolings and Machines controllers.

8) Knowledge of CNC machining process.
