About this opportunity

As a Campaigns Program Manager, you will be expected to help program manage and coordinate campaigns, complex projects, and help getting develop high-quality assets and collateral for GIM(global integrated marketing) campaigns, and help/support other BAs(business areas) and MAs(market areas) in similar type of activations and campaigns.

In this role, you will be both responsible for “program management” and “coordination” on campaigns/activations, and ensure proactive global stakeholders communications.

What you will do

  • GIM (global integrated marketing) campaigns program management/coordination, and help/support other BAs(business areas) and MAs(market areas) in similar type of activations and campaigns.
  • Project management and leading from the front and giving proactive consulting and advice to campaign teams and M&C Hub teams.
  • Working with global projects and stakeholders
  • Ensure quality of assets/content delivered Hub team is on brand and as per campaigns specifications.

Other skills required:

  • End to end project management (mostly global in nature)
  • Eye for details in terms of quality (communication plans, grammar, and tone of voice as per brand guidelines)
  • A curiosity about editing and proof reading with good research and paraphrasing skills.
  • Ability to understand (and/or write in) a variety of formats and styles for global audience.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or digital marketing
  • 4 to 8 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders (preferably in a global context)
  • Experience in digital marketing and campaigns
  • Experience in complex project management (both internal and external communications)
