Qualification – Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management / Personnel Management

Job Description:

  1. Ensure smooth running of Canteen
  2. Conducting Canteen Committee Meetings and preparing Menu
  3. Regular audit of Canteen Kitchen to ensure availability of raw material & monitoring cooking process as per mutually agreed system
  4. Clearing of invoices related to canteen
  5. Work in weekly shifts (A/B/C)
  6. Experience of working at Unionized culture
  7. Timely delivery of canteen services & ensuring quality adherence of food & beverages.
  8. Timely Menu compiling as per recommendations of Canteen Committee Meetings
  9. Event Management in ER / Admin functions : Family Visits, Republic day celebration, Communication meets, etc
  10. Cost saving through scrutiny of Bills & through different administrative controls
  11. Energy Saving initiatives for EnMS Audit
  12. Adherence to OHSAS requirements in Canteen & maintain the record for the same.
  13. PO , Indent & Monthly MIS generation
  14. Timely suggestion evaluation & implementation of acceptable suggestions
