Job Description
We are looking for Consultants, Senior Consultants with 4-6 years of experience for Customer Strategy and Applied Design team, focused on digital adoption. The role involves responsibility for being a part of/leading a work stream or module on a large-scale project or overall delivery lead in case of short term/ small scale engagement. Candidates should be able to demonstrate professional experience and knowledge, coupled with strong technical background to help define and execute/contribute to end-to-end cross-functional projects.

Role: Digital adoption platform expert / Implementation / Configuration engineer
Location: Bengaluru
Role/Responsibilities include ability to:
- Subject matter expert on Digital adoption tool (such as Whatfix, Walkme) capabilities and workflows, including best practices, governance, customization, functionality, and latest practices
- Ideate, Design, customize, test, and launch digital adoption guidance using adoption tools (such as Whatfix, Walkme) for large scale global digital solutions
- Understanding of over-all architecture of the Digital adoption platform and should be able to customize work flows to support client requirements
- Configuration of what fix / walkme or Digital adoption platform work flows from scratch, customization modification of existing workflows
- Work with customers to identify their target audiences training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption
- Evaluate existing processes, opportunities for workflow enhancement and reporting requirements to help determine the most effective and efficient adoption solution.
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Owners, and technical teams for adoption requirement, customization of digital guidance solution and implementation
- Authoring the Technical Specification document of any customization performed along with the functional details of the business process.
- Prepare for and support all digital adoption (such as Whatfix, WalkMe) related releases and ensure system uptime as per the agreed-upon SLAs, including troubleshooting, administration, maintenance, release and patch management, modifications, and enhancements.
- Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects and be compliant throughout
- Execute change management related to digital adoption platform (such as Whatfix, Walkme) – communications, demos, presentations, Leader updates
Required Qualification:
- A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting, specifically in thinking through large and complex engagements
- 3+ years of expertise in digital adoption products (such as Whatfix, Walkme) through implementation experience
- Understanding and Knowledge of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, CLM
- Ability to understand the purpose of various customer business and enterprise applications, processes, and user personas.
- Technical knowledge and exposure across coding / querylanguages such as HTML CSS JAVASCRIPT, scripting and UI technologies.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking; ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems
- Experience in designing wireframes, UX flows, customer journey maps, conducting usability testing, interpreting feedback and incorporating into future iterations
- Leadership qualities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor team-members
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
- Experience in facilitation of design workshops with a variety of stake holders
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Willingness for long term international or domestic travel
