Work you’ll do

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support. 

Qualifications / Skill

• SAP EC Payroll consultant with an experience of 2 – 6 years
• Implementation count between 2 – 3 and having played a role of lead or by supporting the lead functional consultant.
• Implementation or Support projects between 1 – 3 and having played a role of lead or by supporting the lead functional consultant.
• Strong Payroll knowledge with statutory requirements for India / UK/ Australia / US / International
• Strong configuration skills around Core functionality of EC Payroll like-

1. PCC – Setup and various Configurations
2. Replications from EC to ECP setups
3. PTP or BIB replications configurations
4. PCR Configuration
5. Payroll configuration tables
6. Wage type characteristics (Processing and Cumulation class)
7. Payroll posting configuration
8. Statutory Infotypes knowledge
9. Payslip configuration
10. Statutory reports.

• Good to have experience in support or implementation SAP Payroll across any multiple countries.
• Experience in HRSP upgrades, CR management and various enhancements.
• Work on tools like Jira, Service now, Freshdesk or any other incidence management tool.
• Experience in implementing Positive time management functionality would be an added advantage.
• Additional certifications and secondary experience in other SuccessFactors modules like EC or Time Tracking would be added advantage.
• Lead or supported the Data Migration workstream of Employee Central with key activities around Data Templates preparation, transformation, validation and Data load.
• Good Communication and Team work skills.
