Work you’ll do

Context: Deloitte India is in the process of building a Celonis Center of Excellence within the Consulting Practice. Celonis is a process mining, mapping and improvement tool.        

Requirement: We are looking for Technology Consultants. You will be part of our agile project teams to accelerate our customers’ digital transformation. To generate high-value use cases, you will work closely with our clients. You will perform data transformations, develop analyses and derive business cases. You will also develop data-driven process insights and actions and implement the newest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, such as Process Automation, Task Mining and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

o       Understand Process Mining solution offered by Celonis its existing capabilities

o       Build deep expertise in various technical aspects of the Celonis EMS (Process & Task Mining, Planning & Simulation, Action Flows, Real-Time Data Ingestion, and/or Visual & Daily Management)

o       Design and validate innovative analyses and execution apps according to our customers’ objectives for process improvement

o       Summarize Machine / Statistical Learning models visually (dashboards, reports, etc.) to solve strategic business problem statements

o       Construct fault-tolerant, efficient, real-time ETL pipelines on massive business data sets

o       Build customize the Data Model based on client business process

o       Capable of building KPIs to highlight the use-case specific to processes client requirements

o       Build the analysis according to the use-case  and implement the Next best action for process improvements

o       Implement Celonis Process Automation technology to speed up the customer’s processes, to drive value and to improve the process conformance rate

•        Technical Experience:

o       Mandatory experience with Celonis Software

o       Working knowledge of SQL Experience in Data Model creation is required

o       Good understanding about Process Mining capability

o       Good understanding experience in creation of various KPIs used in the processes like Supply chain Procurement, TE, Banking insurance

o       Experience in different components of Celonis like Process Analytics, Event Collection, Action Engine, Automation

o       Learn implement new technologies to enhance/ Augment process mining capability

•        Professional Attributes:

o       Great analytical skills

o       Proficient in Problem-solving skills

o       Understand implement the customer requirements

o       Strong presentation and communication skills

The qualifications you need:

•        Mandatory experience in using Celonis

•        Excellent analytical skills, are always well-organized and known for being a quick learner

•        Have gained minimum 2-3 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area

•        Have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program

•        Have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers

•        Understand and are able to interpret business processes

•        Have a knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab, etc.)

•        Have a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining

•        Proficiency in German and other European languages are an advantage
