We have expanded to become one of the largest and most extensive cloud-based email services that resolve the task of reliably delivering emails on behalf of companies and customers.

THE ROLE

We are looking to hire a dedicated Content Writer for Mailercloud to create content for blogs, ads, social media, and our websites. The Writer must be able to convey complicated ideas to simple words and supposed to create website content, guide pages, user manuals, and marketing content for Mailercloud. You should also have a very strong understanding of our target audience and be able to produce content that interest them. To be successful as a Content Writer, you should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Developing content for social media, blog, and our websites

· Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content

· Familiarity with the organization’s purpose and values to inspire ideas and content

· Develop related content for tutorial videos

· Work with developers and other teams and come up with unique content that appeals to the audience

· Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies

· Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides

REQUIREMENTS

· Proven 2 – 3 years of working experience in content writing of software documentation

· Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions

· Ability to deliver high-quality documentation

· Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

· Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision

· Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, and colleagues

· Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary

· Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
