Job Role
  •  E-Commerce Blended Process.
  • Take calls over Phone which involves
    working in different time zones,
  • Take calls from Global clients and
    initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
  • Flexible to work in shift.


Requirements

  • Excellent English – both verbal and
    written communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
    and practices
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Experience
    :      Fresher/Experience
  • Shift : Rotational Shift/ Flexible to work in Night shifts
  • Education : Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
