Under Graduate/ Graduate Fresher/Experience both Candidate can Apply

Experience: 0 to 7 Years

Shift: Rotational Shift
Week Off: 2 days rotational week off. 5 Days working 


Requirements

Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate

 

Candidate should have,

 

1.Good Communication skills

2.Take calls which involves working in different time zones

3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.

4.Flexible to work in shifts.

5.Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills

6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

7.Good technical knowledge
