Job Role: Customer Support  Voice Process
Job Location : Kolkata  (Candidate should be in Kolkata)
Job Role and Responsibility: 
  • Communicating & Solving the Customer queries/request/complain
  • 5
    days working (rotational 2 days week off)
  • Shift : Night rotational shifts (US process)


Requirements

Qualification: Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post
Graduate / Fresher / Experience can Apply
  • Willingness to work in Voice process
  • Must have good English speaking and narration skills.
  • Comfortable to work in night shift
  • Candidates should have PC/ Laptop with active
    internet connection at their home.
