Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for curating and executing a brand-led experience, in line with the Motorcycle, Apparel and Accessories business at Company Stores, Dealerships, SIS and other sales channels formats. The incumbent will design a creative for stores. He / she will design and deliver event solutions for International Markets and for non-motorcycle businesses.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design all formats of stores as per RE standards including 3D rendering if needed.
• Work closely with Merchandising, store planning and Operations team to deliver designs that support the strategic direction
• Provide detailed drawings within agreed timelines upon approval of draft design and obtain final approval on design from all stakeholders
• Oversee all Project Management activities including initializing, planning, executing, controlling & closing of a project keeping in mind about the time zones for the interaction with the field team.
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store with the support from the branding team.
• Design window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays with the coordination from the respective teams.
• Performs pre-design, post-demo, and design walk-through of the store
• Monitor costs and work within budget
• Change displays to promote new product launches and to reflect festive or seasonal themes
• Conduct Store Audits in person / video calls / audit by the local team, ensure closure of audit gaps and train country teams for store audits
• Monitor images of all the live stores – Exclusive, Studio, MBO, ASC & ASSP           
• Control New Supplier identification & finalization processes including obtaining proposals and reviewing suitability with requirements.
• Identify suppliers for furniture requirements by collaborating with the Procurement team, share and explain the drawings to the suppliers, getting & approval of samples and coordinating with the sourcing team for finalizing the costing. Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends and deliver creative design, merchandising solutions for various channels
