• Planning & execution
• Co-ordination with architects/consultants
• Project execution as per Drawing & Schedule
• Project progress monitoring
• Preparation of daily MIS reports
• Site execution safety compliance
• Project quality control & documentation
• Bill checking and verification with documentation for payment.
• Knowledge of Government regulations & Bylaws for construction.
• Construction execution as per relevant IS Codes & Specifications.

Competencies / Skills:

• Software: StaadPRO, AutoCAD
• Project Management: MS Project / Primavera
• Basic software: MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Exposure in Industrial Building Project, Greenfield Construction
