Deputy Manager/Manager : Engine Aux Design & Development

Role:

Design & development of engine auxiliary parts

Responsibility:

• Design of parts for Cooling system, Exhaust, mounting and intake
• Should be able to perform calculation, analysis, designer level simulation & test result analysis
• Development of engine parts as per MSIL development process
• Analysis and resolution of quality issues.
• Cost reduction, value analysis & value engineering
• Working in dynamic team for coordination with Engine testing, vehicle testing, production, supply chain, quality etc 

Technical Competencies:

• Understanding of auxiliary system and related regulations. Material application for different parts and systems.
• Good level of understanding of component as well as system integration with understanding of Indian market condition.
• Experience of working on engine aux parts design development and related testing.
• Basic knowhow of Engine aux parts, sub systems & systems.
• Hands on CAD skills on UG (or Equivalent Software). Additional knowledge of simulation skills would be given preference. 
• Basic knowledge of product life cycle management
• Knowledge of production processes for Engine Aux parts
• Knowledge of calculation, design level simulation & analysis
• Problem solving and data interpretation skills are required.

Educational Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech – Atleast 60% through out in education

 

Experience:

 

Atleast 3 years relevant experience
