Deputy Manager : Transmission Synchromesh (Rohtak)

Role:

To evaluate synchromesh and shift linkage performance and reliability of transmission components and systems on bench and vehicle.

1. Subjective evaluation of gear shift performance in vehicle
2.  Objective evaluation using sensors and data logger.
3. Data analysis and report making.

Competencies required :

Technical/ Functional:

• Experience of gear shift performance evaluation of vehicles.
•  Basic understanding of transmissions and their efficiency.
• Experience in working with GSQA.

Behavioral

•  Self-motivated, flexible and a team-player
• Evidence of strong networking skills
•  Good communication and presentation skills & an initiator

Specific expertise required for functional area :

• Preferably have work experience in an OEM/Auto-Ancilliary
• Good driving skills

Essential :
