Australia Timings – 4:30 am to 1:03 pm. 24/7 work environment might be required to work on weekends.
Telecom experience 6-7+ years
BPO Experience in Telecom Domain?

Team Building, Performance Management, Client Engagement, Coaching & Feedback, BQ Management, Problem Solving, Decision Making
Responsible for a team of 75-100 advisors and their performance, careers & growth. Would have 4/5 team leader reporting in to the person. This is a client facing role so the candidate needs to have good verbal & written communication skills.
