About Us:
Paytm is India’s leading digital payments and financial services company, which is focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering them a variety of payment use cases. Paytm provides consumers with services like utility payments and money transfers, while empowering them to pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) like Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Net banking, Paytm FASTag and Paytm Postpaid – Buy Now, Pay Later. To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks’ financial instruments. To further enhance merchants’ business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
Expectations/ Requirements
– Budget employer brand building programs to attract talent.
– Built a corporate purpose brand and slogan for key talent stakeholders (general public, vendors) to attract talent through social media
– Social media strategy (organic) – across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Glass Door, Ambition Box, including campaigns and content plans in – tandem with recruitment efforts
– Content strategy, direction and creation across channels, including social, website and Google
– Corporate hiring deck including hiring from campus and laterals
– Corporate website relaunch with ATS (application tracking system) plug-ins and forwards to LinkedIn, Naukri.com, own database
– Employee advocacy and social ambassador network internally in collaboration with HRBPs
– Driving value and culture, through articulation, right to belief (RTB), storytelling and promoting champions
– Improved internal engagement and team collaboration for an audience, leveraging internal platforms, content and campaigns

– Having 8 + years of experience.
– High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation

– Understanding of Technology and User Experience

Education: Graduation is required.
