Expectations/ Role:
Primary KPI Is to resolve all service related cases within defined TAT’s
– Device Management
-Team management experience(Onroll/offroll) is must
-Decent communication skills
-Min. Graduate degree
-This role will be based out of Field/Market majorly
Education: Graduation/ Post-Graduation preferred
