Job Description


  • Experience with one or more ServiceNow HRSD project experience is essential

    • Performance Analytics – for Human Resources
    • Service Portal User Criteria
    • ServiceNow Mobile Request Native Application Screens and Applet
    • Walk-Up Experience configuration
    • Employee data conversion, mapping and migration
    • HRMS and Financial application integration with ServiceNow HRSD
    • ServiceNow HRSD integration with HRMS( Wiorkday, Successfactors, SAP HR, Oracle HCM ), Financials, ITSM instance integration
    • Employee experience integration with workplace tools and products
  • Experience with ServiceNow instance assessment and recommendation
  • Advanced ServiceNow technical skill – UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Mid Server Configuration & Architecture, ACL’s, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update sets
  • Knowledge and experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, JSON, REST and SOAP
  • Knowledge and experience with integrations with middleware such as Workday, SAP, OKTA, AD, Event Management , Alarm integration, Azure, TIBCO, Kafka, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi etc.
  • Integration with the surrounding systems/ applications.
  • Configure, customize, develop, implement and administrate ServiceNow solutions focusing on HR practices
  • Build workflows, write automated scripts and deploy required features
  • Additional implementation knowledge of CSM, ITBM, PPM, Demand Management is added advantage
  • Understanding and working of reports in ServiceNow
  • Serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert for HR and IT to suggest system improvements by studying current practices and designing modifications
  • Recommends controls by identifying problems and developing improved procedures
  • Work closely within an Agile Scrum team to progress on activities, resolve problems, publish progress reports and recommending actions
  • Provide documentation and training to business teams
  • Must be self-directed and able to manage competing priorities and proactively communicate when conflicts arise

Education, Certifications And/or Experience Qualifications

  • 3+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD – Preferred
  • ITIL Foundations Certification
