Executive To Manager Sales B2B -Telecom/Internet Industry
1. Handling Enterprise Sales Officer's team and drive small and medium enterprise businesses along with them.
2. Ensure sales funnel is created by team and vet the given Sales report on a daily basis.
3. Ensure account penetration by each sales officer on regular basis.
4. Organize and execute demonstration activities.
5. Achieve defined acquisition targets set month on month.
6. Interact with customers along with team and help them in order closure.
7. To coordinate with network installation team for in time delivery.
1. Generate new revenues for BROADBAND and gain penetration into new clients business.
2. Grow existing revenues for BROADBAND and gain penetration into existing clients business.
3. Achieve individual and team monthly Sales & Collection targets.
4. Develop and maintain good relationship with key client contacts that fosters an environment to drive client performance and minimize attrition risk of churn.
5. Plan and design profitable solutions to potential/existing clients by understanding their requirements in terms of business needs, priorities, etc. by Bandwidth Upgrade, Price Revision activities.
6. Provide proper feasibility study/analysis, documentation, etc. of all proposals for prospect customers..
7. Participate in achieving departments scorecard goals including client satisfaction, revenue and performance metrics meets held during monthly town hall meets, Quarterly clients meets etc..
8. Prepare required reports and documentation including Daily/Monthly Account Management Reports, Relationship Plans, Client Account Review Plans, Team briefings, Visit Summaries, etc.
9. Research and understand the client's business needs and challenges for business smooth run.
10. Maintain high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity for good business relationship.
11. Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- Working experience in the field of marketing with ATL and BTL activities
- Generating Own leads through Cold call efforts from the team
- Responsible for maximizing teams productivity
- Handling order inputs, enquiries, preparing quotations and ensuring follow up with clients for order confirmation and collection of payment.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Maintains relationships with corporate clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Handling Technical and Commercial queries of Customers, and Resellers
- Meeting existing Resellers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
- Handling Resellers and appointment of new Resellers.
- Maintain and develop good business relationship with the key accounts like corporate and also with Resellers.
- Having knowledge in Channel sales, dealer/distributor/resellers handling, having market knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales.
- Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual customer
- Maintain an accurate and current database
- Identify and develop sources of potential customers
- Effectively communicate with customers to gain commitment to purchase
- Maintain regular contact with Key Customers
- Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both customer
- Overcome customer resistance/objections to products
- Advise Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Director of customer feedback/comments relating to product content and pricing as well as company performance
- Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
- Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by Managing Director and Group Sales and Marketing Director
- Targeted tele-sales campaigns to achieve sales
- Be able to match appropriate products to customers requirements.
- Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all services, relevant selling points and benefits
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor service, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits
- Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of services
- Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities
- Handle correspondence related to all selling activities
- Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism
- Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures.
