Growth Management – General Manager – Offline Payments

About the team:
Offline Payment vertical caters to our merchant partners by offering them products like QR code, Soundbox, EDC, Loan. Paytm has been a pioneer in merchant space by introducing innovative solutions like QR codes to accept payments and Sound-box to recon payments by voice alerts. We are also distributing loans to these partners via our 'Paytm for Business' App.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Managers for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you!
Expectations/Requirements:
– Will be responsible to drive engagement and achieve business goals on Paytm for Business App.
– This will require in-depth analysis of Customer (Merchants) behavior, competitive benchmarking, collaborating with multiple business teams, co-owning the Product Roadmap with the Product team and executing innovative growth ideas
– Drive/Execute growth & marketing campaigns for our lending business, focused on key metrics: users/investors/transactions for the business line.
– Deploy successful marketing campaigns and take ownership right from ideation to implementation:
– Suggest new features/product innovations whenever necessary basis understanding of consumer behaviour.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
– Bachelor's/PG degree in engineering or related field from reputed colleges.
– Should have relevant experience in Consumer internet industry in similar roles across Growth Marketing .
– Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills
– High degree of ownership in taking things to completion
– Ability to multitask and work on diverse- range- of- requirements-
– Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex negotiations
– Prior experience in e-commerce industry is a plus .
