General Ledger Accounting
Job brief
We are looking for General & Operational Accounting Analyst who will be responsible for record to report as part of the General ledger process under Global Business Support Services Team. The person must be good in accounting and reporting as well as having higher analytical skills.
Job responsibility
- Preparation of MIS for NTTD EMEA
- Preparation of BRS, managing Fixed Assets accounting, accruals etc.
- Ensure inter-company and Balance sheet recons are reconciled
- Statutory compliances like VAT payment and return submission.
- Make sure all controls are complied.
- Co-ordinate with STAT, TAX Auditor and internal Audit.
- Make sure SLA’s and KPI are complied.
- Co-ordinate and co-operate with various teams.
- Good in Team management and handing team issues.
- Any other adhoc activity
Minimum experience, education, and certifications
- Graduate in commerce, M.com, MBA- Finance or equivalent combination of education in finance domain.
Technical skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting and finance
- Solid data analysis skills
- Problem solving skills and should be team player
- ERP-SAP (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of MS office and excel.
Soft skills
- Knowledge of accounting standards
- Proven experience in accounting and reporting
- Comfortable working with timelines
- Patience and ability to manage stress
- Excellent communication skills
