Job Purpose
|
To manage the large messaging aggregators/OTTs/Enterprises for international and domestic messaging and generate incremental revenues from the accounts in a high growth and disruptive market. Program manage initiatives to improve the customer experience, and drive internal eco-system to facilitate the same.
|
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
|
- Create a robust account development plan for messaging aggregators/enterprises/OTTs
- Manage revenues, margins and market share
- Constant interaction with aggregators and leverage the understanding of business nuances to create differential propositions
- Address complaints, facilitate clearing of internal roadblocks through excellent cross functional team coordination.
- Drive the commercial strategy for the Accounts, drive internal alignment necessary for growth .

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
|
- Client Servicing , Experience in hunter as well as farming sales roles, New Business Development
- Understanding of key developments in the A2P market/Knowledge of SMPP protocol would be an advantage
- Analytical skills – market segmentation, Technology trends and Commercial negotiations
- Ability to drive structured sales programme through WCS, ADP.

Must have technical / professional qualifications
|
- Degree/ Post Graduate Degree in Engg / Business or equivalent.
