Job Purpose

The Product Owner is responsible for Automation across the organization.  The person will be technology evangelist across the organization to drive efficiencies in the organization through automation.

The PO is responsible for working with functions and cluster business stakeholder to identify opportunity, convert them to realize benefits. Also, be the innovation evangelist across the organization by directly leading number of innovation experiments.  

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Lead end to end delivery unit for RPA and AI (Conversation and Vision) in accordance to vision, mission objective of the function.
• To create high level performance teams of RPA and AI experts.
• Trigger and complete POCs with strat-ups / vendor partners
• Expand the portfolio offerings in the cognitive space and workflow capabilities
• Responsible for definition, maintenance, and enablement of the Automation agenda, strategy, and objectives, updating regularly according to digital and business realities, opportunities, and threats. As a lead for Automation, drive automation across organization to drive efficiencies in operations
• Develop business value framework for any new project /innovation
• Organize a solid and focused innovation execution having access to external knowledge
• Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes and quickly assessing feasibility
• Designing automate solution in accordance with standard design principle and conventions
• Developing and configuring automation solutions using different automation platforms
• Monitoring the progress and financials of business outcomes, communicating portfolio-level impacts to maximize rapid delivery of business values
• Communicate and align with leaders across the organization, identifying opportunities and wider-requirements for digital strategy, impacts and outcomes.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Hands-on Technologist, having thorough knowledge of RPA/BOT Tools and technologies
• Should have full working knowledge of Hyper automation, Vision and Conversation AI technologies
• A willingness and ability to use existing knowledge to rapidly learn how to develop automated processes
• Should have experience of leading large-scale transformation using Hyper Automation
• Passion to create connection between technology and key business stakeholder
• Atleast 4+ years of experience in Automation development in any RPA tools.
• Have work experience and good understanding of all phases of RPA Development life cycle that includes requirement gathering, analysis design, development, testing and implementation
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrate ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Graduation
• Post Graduate (in business domain preferred)
