Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
Winning in the market – Deliver budgeted targets on Service Revenue/ RMS and competitive performance/ NPS
Cost Efficiency – Control Opex spends and deliver EBITDA as per budget. Improve Processes in circles by cross-pollinating best practices to improve Profitability
Best Practices Sharing – Share best practices from within as well as outside region in terms of cost optimization, smooth integration and operational excellence.
Analytical Inputs – Provide inputs to OD/COO as well as clusters basis business analytics. Benchmark National Processes across Operators with respective user function and suggest improvement areas
Strategic Inputs to the OD/COO on Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CVM & Customer Service.
Represent the Clusters at Corporate & aid them by enabling their work through different stake holders
Deliver on Big Bets and driving Projects for future business growth |
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience |
Overall experience of 12-15 years, past Experience of Handling similar roles of BDM or BI to COO or any functional head in corporate office or circle Office
