Job Purpose |
Ensure the IT System Availability and Performance is as desired to provide the high availability for Business Critical Services running over this underlying IT Infrastructure Service. Understanding Business delivery for Infra Requirement Good Knowledge of IT Asset Management, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM,DNS Management & User ID Management Good Knowledge of IT service management and Operation Vendor Management and ability to provide faster delivery Should have the knowledge in Data Center Operating System & skill set in resolving the issue in various technology like Database/Middleware/Operating system SLA management of all IT Operation delivery |

Achieving IT Infra SLA & Ensure High Availability Good Knowledge of IT service management and Operation Vendor Management and ability to provide faster delivery Good Knowledge of IT Asset Management, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, DNS Management & User ID Management New initiative towards Operation efficiency and good hands on knowledge in various Automation tools AI/ML Operation Management with the support of Partners Operation Team |
