About the team:
Offline Payment vertical caters to our merchant partners by offering them products like QR code, Soundbox, EDC and Loans. Paytm has been a pioneer in merchant space by introducing innovative solutions like QR codes to accept payments and Sound-box to recon payments by voice alerts. We are also distributing loans to these partners via our 'Paytm for Business' App.
 
About the role:
We are looking for a Category Growth Leads for our Offline Payments that focuses on merchant payments on F&B category.  
 
Expectations/Requirements:
·       Managing and driving the growth of the category business: Lead product developments, build and execute on a strategic plan that delivers on key business opportunities.
·       Deliver business metrics for the category viz MAU, GMV and Profitability.
·       Always keep an eye towards achievement of business goals as per the AOP numbers for the category while creating blueprints for further growth of the business
·       Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and leverage business partnerships which helps grow the category.
 
Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role-
·       5 to 8+ years of experience in the eCommerce / internet commerce industry.
·       Good communication & stakeholder management skills
·       Experience in domains of user acquisition, customer retention and managing customer lifecycle Management.
·       Should be highly data-driven, have strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
·       Should have an iterative approach – build hypothesis, experiment, collect data and improvise
