About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Managers for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you!
Expectations/Requirements:
1.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
2.Plan, execute & measure experiments and conversion tests
3.Responsible for New User Acquisition while maintaining CAC
4.Increase Lifetime Value from Users while maintaining profitability
5. Conceptualize, Run, Monitor & Improve Tournaments Modules for Rummy & Poker
6. Identify data trends and insights, and optimize spends and performance based on the insights
7. Manage internal resources to deliver, monitor and report on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs against targets
8. Work with Marketing and Product teams to improve our App through design, usability, content, and customer experience
9. Take end-to-end ownership of the product vision, understanding game/feature specs, analyzing key performance metrics and driving business results
10. Implement CRM tools to create journeys for existing users to increase engagement along with generating higher revenue
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. 4-6 years of experience in consumer internet space. Experience in card games is an added advantage
2.Stand up, Take Ownership, Try, Fail, Learn, Deliver!!
3.Experience managing Customer Lifecycle in an App based business
4.Manage internal resources to deliver, monthly & annual KPIs against targets
5.Commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles
6. Experience in understanding consumer needs and gaming environment
7. Advanced analytical and sales-oriented skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
8. This is a P&L ownership role
