Paytm Money offers End to End Wealth Management for our customers. Our products include Equity and Future and Options Trading, Mutual Funds, ETF, NPS and Digital Gold with more on the way. Paytm Money is also building a platform for third party products to build on the Paytm money ecosystem over an API layer. This platform enables innovative options like Algorithmic Trading and off the shelf curated portfolios of stocks like Wealth Baskets. About the role:
We are looking for a Growth Managers for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers.
Expectations:
● Drive/Execute growth & marketing campaigns for Paytm Money business, focused on key metrics in terms of Strategy.
● Deploy successful marketing campaigns and take ownership right from ideation to implementation.
● Segment customer base on various transactional/behavioral features & design effective 'reach out' programs for them in the form of these marketing campaigns.
● Monitor customer funnel & identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business.
● Should have relevant experience in similar roles across Growth Marketing . Exp should be in between 5-6 years, out of which minimum 2 years in growth management.
● Graduate or MBA or Equivalent.
● Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
● Ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements.
● Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex situations.
● Prior experience in ecommerce industry, excellent MS-Excel Skill, Knowledge of Clever Tap and SQL is a plus.

● Graduate in Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics
● Prior experience in a Data Analyst or Growth role in a consumer-tech company
● Hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets
● Knowledge of SQL
