About the Role:
We are ‌looking‌ ‌for‌ ‌a‌ ‌self-driven‌ ‌&‌ ‌energetic‌ ‌business‌ ‌leader‌ ‌with‌ ‌strong‌ ‌bias‌ ‌for‌ ‌action‌ ‌to‌ ‌take‌ ‌the‌ Travel ‌business‌ ‌to‌ ‌the‌ ‌next‌ ‌level. ‌ As‌ ‌a‌ ‌Growth‌ ‌Manager ‌you‌ ‌would‌ ‌be‌ ‌expected‌ ‌to‌ ‌drive‌ ‌the‌ ‌Demand‌ ‌Generation, ‌Growth‌ ‌Marketing‌ ‌and‌ ‌growth‌ ‌product‌ ‌roadmaps‌.
 
Roles‌ ‌&‌ ‌Responsibilities‌ ‌ ‌ ‌
 
Sales‌ ‌Planning‌ ‌ 
-Manage‌ ‌the‌ ‌top-line‌ ‌and‌ bottom-line ‌targets‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌business‌ ‌as‌ ‌per‌ ‌AOP‌ ‌
-Consistently‌ ‌drive‌ ‌higher‌ ‌revenues‌ ‌for‌ ‌the‌ ‌Business‌ ‌through‌ ‌ROI‌ ‌improvement‌ ‌for‌ ‌ marketing‌ ‌spends‌ ‌and‌ ‌best‌ ‌in‌ ‌class‌ ‌utilization‌ ‌of‌ ‌traffic‌ ‌ 
 
Demand‌ ‌Generation‌ ‌ 
-Drive‌ ‌traffic‌ ‌to‌ ‌the‌ ‌categories‌ ‌in‌ ‌a‌ ‌sustainable‌ ‌manner‌ ‌and‌ ‌own‌ ‌conversion‌ ‌improvement‌ ‌charter‌ ‌
-Define‌ ‌the‌ ‌growth‌ ‌strategy‌ ‌of‌ ‌each‌ ‌category‌ ‌to‌ ‌deliver‌ ‌long‌ ‌term‌ ‌growth‌ ‌&‌ ‌user‌ ‌retention‌ ‌
-Plan‌ ‌sales‌ ‌&‌ ‌marketing‌ ‌activations‌ ‌for‌ ‌each‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌categories‌ ‌ 
 
Strategy
-Comfortable to strategize and execute large scale on platform initiatives
-Work with product stakeholders very closely to ideate, prioritize & execution of launching the programs/improvements 
-Identify new initiatives and pilot them for their potential and scale the right set  
 
Customer‌ ‌Focus‌ ‌
-Gear‌ ‌up‌ ‌the‌ ‌team‌ ‌to‌ ‌generate‌ ‌customer‌ ‌insights‌ ‌through‌ ‌analytics, ‌ ‌surveys‌ ‌etc.‌ ‌to‌ ‌identify‌ ‌customer‌ ‌pain‌ ‌points‌ ‌and‌ ‌work‌ ‌with‌ cross-functional ‌teams‌ ‌to‌ ‌consistently‌ ‌improve‌ ‌the‌ ‌customer‌ ‌experience‌ ‌ 
 
Product‌ ‌Roadmap‌ ‌ 
-Deeply‌ ‌understand‌ ‌customer‌ ‌funnel‌ ‌and‌ ‌define‌ ‌long‌ ‌term/‌ ‌short‌ ‌term‌ ‌requirements‌ ‌for‌ ‌the‌ ‌product‌ ‌roadmap‌ ‌to‌ ‌improve‌ ‌conversions‌ ‌
-User‌ ‌Acquisition‌ ‌&‌ ‌Retention‌ ‌
-Own‌ ‌the‌ ‌user‌ ‌acquisition‌ ‌&‌ ‌retention‌ ‌targets‌ ‌for‌ ‌each‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌categories‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌
 
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
·       2-4 ‌years‌ ‌of‌ ‌relevant‌ ‌experience‌ ‌in‌ ‌Consumer‌ ‌internet‌ ‌industry‌ ‌in‌ ‌similar‌ roles‌ ‌
        across‌ ‌P&L‌ ‌management‌ ‌and‌ ‌Growth‌ ‌Marketing‌ ‌
·       MBA‌ ‌from‌ ‌Tier‌ ‌1‌ ‌Business‌ ‌school‌ ‌
·       Immense‌ ‌resolve‌ ‌to‌ ‌achieve‌ ‌ambitious‌ ‌targets‌ ‌ ‌
