very fluent in English- written and spoken
– technical support on Desk top, lap top, printers Scanner, Email/Messaging, basic Networking, Active Directory, internal Applications
– to support via Calls, emails and tickets
– to be able and flexible to work 24X7
Minimum 2 years Service Desk Experience
