Role – US IT Recruiter

Nature – Work from Office

Shift – US Shift

 

Roles and Responsibilities as US IT/Non IT Recruiter –

  • Responsible for handling IT and Non-IT requirements from US based clients.

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions

  • Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

  • Manage and handle issues of the offshore recruitment team.

  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement

  • Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

  • Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

  • Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.

  • Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.

  • Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT, etc.

Requirements –

  • Technical Graduate (Fresher)

  • Applicant should possess excellent communication skills.

  • Applicant should have good understanding of technology

  • Applicant should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift)

  • Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies & recruitment methodologies

  • Able to recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job description

  • Able to creatively and convincingly generate candidate interest in requirements

  • Out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and execute searches for niche technical skills

  • Professional, Adaptable and Resilient
