About the Role: Oversees and maintains the optimal function of the HRIS. Managing End to End Exit Cases, Handling escalation for employee’s grievances across all entities pertaining to Exit and HRIS for on roll. Make sure all the grievances are addressed within a timeframe with resolutions.
Expectations/ Requirements:
1.Ensuring timely closure of F&F for all exited cases.
2.Ensuring that all the clearances are done post initiating the F&F process.
3. Validation of F&F input and output for all group entities before sharing with employees and processing with finance team.
4. Responsible for closure of Car Lease.
5.Timely review of ongoing processed and recommending change if required
6.Exit Headcount reconciliation HRMS Vs SAP along with Emails.
7. Coordinate with Payroll Vendor for timely closure of F&F.
8.  Sharing the calculation for notice buyout of resigned employee.
9. Monthly sharing information to payroll team for resigned, revoke and separated employee and highlighting the nature of payout based on special approval.
10.Oversees and maintains the optimal function of the HRIS.
11.Responsibilities may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
12. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
13.Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data, manage email queues
14. Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports
Report all observations to WFM to help change the staffing plans/roster accordingly and send the alerts on SLA misses proactively if any Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders.
15. Identify the market/process/queue by team/agent wise volume variations and alert the respective stakeholders proactively
Process orientation, including strong organizational and prioritization skills.
16  Responsible for HR Analytics and various functional dashboards/presentations as required by management.
17. Handling escalation for employee’s grievances across all entities pertaining to Exit and HRIS for on roll.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Minimum 4 years of work experience in HR Operation and Exit Management.
2. Experience of executing core HR & engagement processes while leading/ working with a team
3. People & Relationship Management 
4. Stakeholder Management
5. Good analytical and numerical ability
6. Execution focus & process adherence
7. Expertise on MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
