Job Description:
We are growing and we are looking to fill the role of Human Resources Generalist. This role will be working side-by-side with and reporting to Sr. HR Manager as well as supporting our Recruiting Coordinator. The opportunity for growth and development is there, it's up to you! This HR office works as one team, no matter your level of responsibility, you get involved in everything the team does. We support one another and ensure the team is always on the same page. We report to the VP of Business Operations & Strategy and he is very involved in the daily HR operations.
This HR team is all about the employees, and therefore you need to have a great attitude, and the ability to build trusting working relationships. You are there to train, guide, advise, and if needed take corrective action. You do not shy away from pressure or tight deadlines, You know when the situation requires discretion and you are professional in every circumstance.
Today’s HR is all about being open-minded and bringing new ideas and initiatives that will enhance the employee experience as well as streamline the day-to-day responsibilities.
