Job Description

We hire Human Resources Recruiter who will supervise the company’s hiring processes, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff members. They help connect team members, improve employee engagement, and build strategic talent resources plans.

REQUIREMENTS

· 2 – 3 years’ of experience in IT recruitment

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Familiarity with online job hunting websites

· Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

· Experience to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies

· Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with colleagues

· Experience in educating and coaching staff

· Strong values with a clear inner core of purpose-driven leadership

· Demonstrated ability to listen, analyze and inform appropriately while maintaining the required sensibilities in handling confidential information

· Knowledge of labour laws and its regulations

· Strong understanding of HR functions, strategies, and policies

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Exceptional record-keeping skills

· Good time management skills

· Strong oral and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Collaborate with headhunters to hire and retain the top best talent

· Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software programme

· Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally

· Interview potential candidates using industry-standard techniques

· Maintain a smooth on boarding process

· Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees

· Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation

· Responsible for payroll processing

· Improve team performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling the team

· Protect organization’s values by keeping information confidential

· Comply with state legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
